To maintain good health one needs to do exercise regularly, eat well, drink

and Fibroids disappear. Coffee being a powerful acid destroys the bladder
and over works the kidneys. Cigarettes depress metabolism by weakening thyroid

The common herbs are motherwort, pasque flower, cramp bark, licorice, yarrow

tea can be made by soaking in boiled water for five to seven minutes. Ginseng
is recommended for menopausal and post menopausal wome. Siberian ginseng
containing no hormones, motherwort, yarrow oil, dandelion, yarrow, oil of
evening primrose, or donquai can be used instead of ginseng.
Menstrual cramps and hot flashes can be controlled using organic tofu daily.
Tofu contains good estrogen that the bodies make. The low key phyto estrogen
is taken up easily by the body than the other two types. The good estrogen
helps in cancer patiens and in restoring balance by keeping the bowel movements
regular. Bowel activity can be maintained by cascara sagrada, dandelion,
flax seeds, barbetty, senna pods, and red clover and psyllium husks. Once
in a year cleaning the bowel should be done. Children need to take little
tinctures than adults Prevention is better so take herbal tea.
